I haven't needed any kind of veg this last couple of weeks with my cough. I've been like a one man band. I don't know about the "Trumpet Voluntary", more the trumping involuntary. It's been horrendous.

Note to self- must get a dog?

Reminds me of when I was child living with my grandparents and family dog Simon.
Grandpa had some important friends in for meeting and there was an awful smell.
"Get out, Simon" he shouted. But Simon wasn't there. grin.

Not true NfkDumpling I can vouch for that. I always blame the dogs.smile

I read the older you get the more windy you get.

Something I read somewhere. Old peoples farts don’t smell. Just try to make them quiet ones!

Not this time, but yes cauliflower, same family of course.

Were there Brussels sprouts in the mix?
They can give you wind first time round!

As did cauliflower cheese last night; come to think of it, it had been pre-cooked and frozen.

I love doing b a s and it doesn`t seem to effect me.
That being said I always have a glass of water with my food.

Don't mention mushy peas.

Apart from carrots and salad veg the older I get finds me more inclined to veg wind than when I was younger.Don't mention mushy peas, once a favourite, I now have to do without.

I used to love a good old bubble and squeak using leftovers but just recently I find it makes my innards bubble too much.

Is it just me?
