Panatonni, how do you serve yours?

This is quite urgent so I may not get my answer.
A friend has just rung to ask if she can pop in shortly for a cuppa, she will be passing.
I have a Christmas Panatonni but don’t really like it.
If I offer it, do I butter it or serve it plain?

It would also make a nice summer pudding- no need to wait until summer, you can buy frozen packs of soft fruits to use.

Best eaten slightly warm cos of its high fat content.
We were gifted a couple when we lived in Italy. One of our tortoises ate her way through one of themgrin
