can any one help with a tried and tested recipe for cream cheese frosting - made a beautiful carrot cake yesterday but my frosting was so soft almost runny even after being in fridge for 4 hours - did i over beat it - or are my measurements wrong - 50g butter 2oog philidelphia cheese - 75g icing sugar (american recipe) i was sooo disappointed
