As no one else has replied I would use 20mins per pound plus 20 mins
Around 4 1/2 lbs, just under 2 hours at 175c a bit less in a fan oven.
My judgment is different it’s a whole Turkey said to be 28 lbs
(probably 24)

That's about right Niobe as I usually leave mine for a couple of hours.

From BBC Good Food website
Oven at 190/170 fan/gas5
Cook for 70 mins plus 20 mins per kg
So that would be 110 mins or 1hour50mins for a 2kg crown.

Watching with interest as we have just bought a 2kg crown.

Now that we have 3 instead of 8 for Christmas dinner, I am splitting my (extra large) turkey crown in two and giving the other half to my daughter to cook. Any advice on the timing for this? I have buttered and seasoned and layered streaky bacon over the top and wrapped it in foil ready for her to cook on Xmas day. The halves weigh a little over 2kg each. Thanks.
