Yes, reheat the chicken thoroughly in wine then stir in the sauce, heat until bubbling.

Ps I always reheat for longer than recommended to be on the safe side.

I'd put a teaspoon of cornflour in it (dissolved in a little milk or water) before reheating to stop it separating.

It was fresh chicken Maybee thanks.
It was lovely Farmor. Served with basmati roce. I'm not a great cook but I've made this twice and OH loves it. I have to admit I usually buy tinned blush But I'm trying to stay away from processed foods. This was much nicer.

Was the chicken a fresh chicken or a frozen chicken. If it was fresh I’d assume it will be ok. I’m very wary of doing anything that might cause food poisoning at the moment! The wine in it should protect you!

I assume the chicken was cooked. If sauce and chicken are kept in fridge in meantime they’ll be fine. Just reheat thoroughly

Advice needed please ?
I made a mushroom and wine sauce with creme fraiche. My husband put the remainder of the chicken into it which I was going to use tomorrow.
Can I safely reheat the sauce and chicken tomorrow or should I bin?
