Does anyone use Gochujang?

I use what`s left over from a roast Liz46.
You can google the recipe for chinese meals,that`s what i did.

Thank you. I did try googling recipes. I may pop back to the supermarket and read the ingredients on the packet of meat and veg that I bought. It would have been good if the meat had been leaner.

Liz46,Tbs of white wine vinegar/3Tbs dry white sherry/2 t/spoons soya sauce and cornfour to thicken.
All open for change of amounts depending on how much you eare cooking.

I use the paste from a tub and also powder form when making Korean or Malaysian food it's delicious.

Yes,when cooking chinese food,especialy beef and fresh tomatoes.
it`s a paste consisting red sweet chilli with a savory taste to it,youdon`t need much either.
Purcased from chinese market.

What else do you add to it please? Soy sauce, maple syrup maybe??

We bought a stir fry meal from the supermarket but the beef was not very lean so I thought I would like to buy some decent beef, mange tout and other vegetables and make it myself.

I did find a mention of it on here a while ago but wonder if anyone has some advice please.

I think you have to add some soy sauce and maybe palm sugar or maple syrup.
