Hard to choose, but here goes:

My mother’s cheese pudding - I’ve never been able to replicate it exactly.
A breakfast/brunch fry-up - with a properly cooked fried egg, non-fatty bacon and preferably some fried potatoes - as long as someone else has cooked it.
A home cooked roast with proper gravy, no ‘jus’, thank you.
Halloumi, lightly fried in just a film of oil, with spinach and lemon juice.
My cauliflower/macaroni cheese combo - with a crust of extra cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
