Where can I buy White Stilton. The only supermarket I found it in was Morrisons.
Housebound at present so wondered if there was a similar tasting cheese that my online supermarket would have.

Hartington, you mean Ye Olde Cheese Shop. I shall always remember my first visit there- and my first taste of Stilton. The variety and quality of British cheeses, even in the early 70s, was truly mind blowing (and taste buds).

Just as I will always remember my fist visit to Neal's Yard, near Borough Market in South London.

About 20 years ago y.u used to be able to buy white stilton with ginger at Christmas. It was a lovely combination but I haven't seen it for a long time. White stilton with apricot is around at Christmas but is very bland compared with the ginger.

This week I bought a gorgeous white Stilton with Mango and Ginger from Marks and Spencers. I could have eaten all of it in one sitting.

I always thought it was the blue in Stilton that made it so tasty, but I haven't tried white Stilton, I'll have to look out for it.
