I've just cooked cheesy-breadcrumbed Basa, with sweet potatoes and oven-roasted Mediterranean vegetables. (It's a Gousto recipe I had ages ago) Gorgeous.

I might join you in that, Kitty, except that the only peas I have in my freezer at the moment are the ones I use as an ice pack for my hip! Don’t think they’ll do!

Dh is out so I can indulge my love of lamb chops, boiled new potatoes and minted peas.

Tomorrow we're making Zeppole (eggless), Roasted Aubergine with pasta for St Joseph's, as a test- we're out of practice.

I was going to make an omelette to use up some eggs when there was a knock at the door. It was my lovely Pakistani neighbour with a portion of freshly made vegetable pakora and raita dip. It was divine 😋

Don’t know feel zero interest in cooking today

Barmeyoldbat Thu 16-Mar-23 15:00:06

I have just taken something, pre cooked, out of the freezer and there is great excitement in our house because we don’t know what it is! All we know is it is brown, and carrots and onions can be seen. So it’s either liver, mince or beef or even lamb. Must put labels on containers in the future

NanaDana Thu 16-Mar-23 14:04:44

Homemade chilli con carne, long grain rice, and garlic bread.
