I've just cooked cheesy-breadcrumbed Basa, with sweet potatoes and oven-roasted Mediterranean vegetables. (It's a Gousto recipe I had ages ago) Gorgeous.
2nd half of the home made lasagne we had on Sunday. I made a double sized batch and froze half. Following this with red berries and coconut yoghurt. So, little preparation needed today 😁.
I haven’t the faintest idea until it defrosts - it’s either chicken casserole or bean and bacon soup! I really will have to remember to mark the containers!
