Dorrain
Marydoll thank you for the link, I'll have a look.
I did look under the food section and found one post.
My air fryer or air grill/oven is a Devanti with one large square basket.
With casseroles I'm assuming the food goes into a Pyrex dish or something similar rather than straight into the basket? So single pot dishes are what I'm interested in as I live alone.
The cooking times are a bit hit and miss at this stage, I guess its a bit of trial and error?
Thanks for the responses
If you're looking for single pot casserole dishes I'd certainly look at getting a slow cooker, unless you've already got one. I wouldn't be without mine, which I use for batch cooking stews, casseroles, chilli, curries etc., which I then bag and freeze. Typically around 10 individual portions per batch, from a 6.5L cooker. They are available as small as 1.5L and also 3.5L, but I prefer the batch cooking approach, which is more economical, so would recommend the largest one. I also have an air fryer, which I simply use for cooking stuff which otherwise would have been done in the oven. So much more energy efficient.
