In our house, with three girls, this was about who you were going to marry, where you were going to live, what you were going to be wearing, how you were going to your wedding and when you were going to marry the tinker, tailor, soldier or sailor. Played with the stones from plums, cherries, damsons and any stone fruit.
Anyone else remember this? And know where it originated? Sounds quite an old game, C19th or early 20th maybe.
