Coffee, water, tea, milkshake, milk or anything else that's interesting?

A cup of coffee after my oatmeal, then later a small glass of orange juice with my vitamins.

I also make hibiscus tea , let it cool, and sip it as my water for the day. It has health benefits, and I'm not a fan of just plain water.

A cup of Yorkshire tea with skimmed milk. Hate creamy tea.

Water on waking, followed in bed by a very hot cup of baby tea in a china mug, brought by DH.
A second cup with breakfast.

What we call Lemon Tea but is actually lemon peel with boiling water poured over it, in a bone China mug. Have one or two and then black decaffeinated coffee later in the morning. Usually have a Lemon Tea again after lunch. Otherwise drink water.

Builders Tea. Then Earl Grey until I run out, then back to Builders.

A very hot cup of tea in a china mug is a must for me at about 6am followed by a few cups of coffee during the morning.

HowVeryDareYou2 Thu 05-Oct-23 17:18:40

Amug of decaffeinated coffee, and a pint of water

MaizieD Thu 05-Oct-23 17:16:50

Two or three mugs of Earl Grey tea, weak, no milk or sugar.

I probably have four or five more over the course of the day.

I don't drink anything else apart from fruit juice. Can't bear coffee.

Redbush tea. Decaf ground coffee after breakfast.

seadragon Thu 05-Oct-23 17:10:58

Red Bush - 'Rooibos' - 'tea' in a very large mug. It is really a herbal drink rather than a tea and is caffeine free. It was a favourite drink of the Bushmen of the Kalahari and is believed to have many health given benefits. I've just looked it up on line and there is a lot of information about it. I first discovered it in a book by Laurens van Der Post called "The Bushmen of the Kalahari". I find it a very calming start to the day. The book is one of my favourite books ever.

Tea and orange juice.

Blossoming Thu 05-Oct-23 17:04:50

What do you have lackofcheese?

Blossoming Thu 05-Oct-23 17:03:27

Water with my first two lots of meds. Levothyroxine has to be taken one hour before my other meds and one hour before any tea or coffee. After I’ve taken my second lot of meds MrB brings me a lovely big mug of tea so I can drink it in bed while I wake up properly. After years of getting up early for work it’s such a pleasure to take it slowly.

lemsip Thu 05-Oct-23 17:01:43

a strong mug of tea,
