I hope I am committing a sin by starting a new thread but the other one is full and I enjoy it and the photos smile

I popped to the cheap farm shop on the way home from work to buy dog food and vegetables so I have made a sausage casserole with jacket potatoes. I normally put the potatoes in the casserole (I know wink ) but there was no room as I bought a rather nice leek grin it smells delicious smile

Quick & easy for us tonight. Fresh pasta (spinach and ricotta) with a tomato sauce as we're meeting friends for a farewell pint (or two) before we move 😢

I had some leftover beef and vegetable stew so I put it in a pie dish, made some shortcrust pastry to cover it and served it with mashed potatoes and French beans.

We had some vanilla clotted cream ice cream a bit later when we had room.

We'd had enough of raiding the freezer, so had fish & chips from the chippy. Surprisingly nice!

Lenten Friday, no meat (we don't eat meat, but our daughters and their families tend towards meat). So, no meat family meal.

Taco soup, toasted tortilla strips (tried a new recipe), salads, fruits.
