This morning my husband and I, went to do the paperwork for my new Mobile Phone which was truly a necessity. My old mobile was on deathbed !
Now we are home and lunch is in the oven: Stuffed Red Bell Peppers with ground beef ( mince ) in a home made Bolognese Tomato Sauce for the main course served with crusty Chapata ( Cibatta type bread ) ..
1st course or starter: Since it quite a windy day and cold, though sunny, we enjoy a soup. So today is Parsnip & Carrot Soup prepared with: Whole Milk, Cream, onion, 500 grams of Parsnips peeled of course, 4 carrots medium sized peeled, vegetable stock strained, leek, shallot butter and 2 tsps of Dijon Mustard . Fresh parsley on top.
