I recorded the first episode of Prue Leith's Saturday morning show and watched it this afternoon. Its jolly good fun and she shows you how to make some complicated recipes easy. She is, as she admits, a very messy cook. although I love the Blessed Delia and Saint Mary Berry, Prue comes over as a relaxing breath of fresh air and fun.
N/B. Love her colourful clothes.

We had some tradesmen here who had just finished working at Prue's house and said she and her husband were lovely (but she didn't provide any cake!)

I am watching this very interesting programme not just about food. I think Prue is a non fussy cook and enjoyable to watch.

Sounds like it’s worth a watch. I find Delia and Mary Berry awfully prissy.

I found her a bit bossy with her husband.
I watched the series about building their house and garden and loved it. They cruelly filmed her falling in the garden and struggling to get up - that could have been me!

Ooh, bossy like Fanny Craddock?! Poor old Johnny!

Too many cookery programmes on TV. There are so many other interesting things to do apart from cook!

I'm enjoying this series too. Regards doing her colourful clothes choices, check out Kettlewell, the colourful clothing company , they have a Prue range

I’m with you there. Saturday morning seems to be all about cookery programmes.

I was in hospital for six weeks at the beginning of the year and all everyone wanted to watch on a Saturday morning was the cookery programmes.

Thank goodness I have a phone full of word games.

I don't care for Prue Leith, can't really put my finger on why.

I feel the same flapper girl. She always seems a bit pleased with herself.
