I feel the same flapper girl. She always seems a bit pleased with herself.

I don't care for Prue Leith, can't really put my finger on why.

I’m with you there. Saturday morning seems to be all about cookery programmes.

I was in hospital for six weeks at the beginning of the year and all everyone wanted to watch on a Saturday morning was the cookery programmes.

Thank goodness I have a phone full of word games.

Ooh, bossy like Fanny Craddock?! Poor old Johnny!

I found her a bit bossy with her husband.
I watched the series about building their house and garden and loved it. They cruelly filmed her falling in the garden and struggling to get up - that could have been me!

Sounds like it’s worth a watch. I find Delia and Mary Berry awfully prissy.

I am watching this very interesting programme not just about food. I think Prue is a non fussy cook and enjoyable to watch.

We had some tradesmen here who had just finished working at Prue's house and said she and her husband were lovely (but she didn't provide any cake!)
