Boneless chicken drumsticks

I’m currently in Spain and these looked good. Quite small, but alas I no longer have a big appetite. Unfortunately I can’t find any recipes and am loathe to experiment (I only arrived last night and really just want to relax). I could treat them like thighs but they are in slices. Ideas would be gratefully received 🙏🏻

So just chicken pieces, I’d fry off with onions and peppers a little white wine, cream or crème fraîche on rice, or with potatoes. Add peppers if you like them, mushrooms?

Chicken is chicken is chicken, no matter where on the bird it comes from. I use all chicken meat the same, whether from legs, wings or breast, boned or unbones, sliced whole or diced. I just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
