When I had this dilemma I made all the things you have on your list. Also soft boiled eggs for breakfast and for dinner a "soft" version of corned beef hash with the corned beef mixed into mashed potato with cheese on top.

Cottage pie was another one and soups as suggested above. I also found stuffed fresh pasta with a plain tomato sauce (no chunks) easy to manage but it must be fresh pasta. You can buy these with a variety of fillings in the supermarket.

It was a pain trying to find different things to eat!

For the next couple of weeks I am sticking mainly to soft foods as I have a temporary crown and don’t want to lose it.

Scrambled eggs and fish pie yesterday.
Porridge with soft fruits for breakfast today.
Tuna pasta bake and spag Bol will be easy.
Cauliflower and broccoli in cheese sauce.

But I shall soon run out of ideas.
Suggestions please! Thanks in advance.
