Uncomplicated fish recipes please

Smoked haddock kedgeree or turn into a risotto. Add peas.
Fish curry is very nice too

Trout fillet with orange slices on top. Put in foil and bake for twenty minutes. Toast almond slivers to go with it. Serve with new potatoes and asparagus

Should say I have a good repertoire of salmon dishes which he does enjoy but happy to acquire more.

DH didn't like fish and is allergic to shellfish but has now decided to try eating more fish.

Anyone suggest any quick yet tasty fish dishes I can try! Not complicated please until we establish whether he will eat them.
