…it turned into soup! After a (too) quick shufti at the recipe, and frying the onions with cumin seeds, I just chucked it all in, spices, garlic, stock cubes - and too much water!
But it actually made a really nice soup - with some cauliflower added at the end, and naan bread.
Plenty left over, even after dh’s 2 helpings - I’ve just had some for lunch. 🙂
