Hi. I have just made this Mexican bean soup and it was so yummy I wanted to share it with you. But you must add cubed sweet potato and half a teaspoon of paprika to it (assuming you like sweet potato). Just delish!

Sounds v good for a cold day. I don’t care for sweet potato, though, so might include a tin of kidney beans instead - but lots of paprika!

I’m making two separate chilli dishes today turkey and beef. I will make the soup recipe next week love Mexican food thanks.

Much as I make Mexican soups. Sweet potatoes are a good addition.

My avocado is kept out in warm weather and inside in a sunny/warm spot in cool/cold months - not really the right climate. Avocados in the shops are dismal - no guacamole for us.
