I bought a large packet of pork mince as it was 5 per cent fat and I should be healthy eating but I've just scoffed 2 large teacakes with butter and should be ashamed.
Any ideas what to make with this mince. Was thinking of a Shepherd Pie with leeks and mushrooms then got side tracked trying to think of a name for it. Apart from sage what other herbs and spices compliment pork please, any ideas welcome.
