I agree, I love them both. I was born in the wrong country, I could happily have curry for breakfast.

Love both - use both a lot - Indian heritage. As a matter of fact , for my dinner, I am having Yogurt Rice, fried salmon (marinated with chilli powder, turmeric, garlic and lemon juice), green beans fried with onions, chilli flakes and curry leaves.

Do you have a problem with them? Some people seem to treat them a the devil's food, I honestly can't cook savoury dishes, unless I am using either or both and my family love to have the aroma around the house. I don't think food has any flavour unless they are used, that might be my
Mediterranean routes. What about you?
