Made a huge bowl of pot pourri today from lavender and rose petals. I'll put it in the hallway, shall I?

Pickling some onions but can't see for tears. Who has a cure for this?

Right, I've been told that onions won't make your eyes stream with tears if you suck on a spoon and wear swimming goggles whilst handling the onions. Can't vouch for it personally but I'll lend you the goggles if you like?

Zut alors!! It's another day. I suggest ironing, dusting, hoovering, polishing. Oh bother. I would have but I'm out for the day. Pity. Enjoy your busy days ?

A day out for me too - well lunch and a couple of hours shopping. (Otherwise known as 'taking stuff back and buying more to take back next week'!!)
But I will work hard tomorrow - after I've been to Sainburys (other supermarkets are available)
