This road sweeper gloomily pushed his barrow
Through the streets, wide or narrow
Keeping an eye out
For treasures ,no doubt ( to keep the shape Granny)
Which he'll grab with the speed of an arrow!

Sorry to be fussy but limericks have a definite shape ?
lines 1,2 and 5 -around 9– 12 syllables
lines 3 and 4 should have 5 – 7 syllables
So.....
I once had a hot air balloon flight
When the fire powered up I got a fright
