Calm: not rushing around to various groups and activities

Opportunity: to reflect, bond with OH, take some 'me' time

Virtual reality can be ok. Not wonderful, but ok.

Inventing: ways to stay connected with friends and family

Discovering: lock down can mean a new kind of freedom.
