I try to curl it with rollers
You’d think they’d be good controllers

I try to curl it with rollers
You’d think they’d be good controllers
They tangle my hair

I try to curl it with rollers
You’d think they’d be good controllers
They tangle my hair
It’s simply unfair

I try to curl it with rollers
You’d think they’d be good controllers

That was difficult to complete

That was difficult to complete
Yes, some of these rhymes have me beat

That was difficult to complete
Yes, some of these rhymes have me beat
But it's fun to do

That was difficult to complete
Yes, some of these rhymes have me beat
But it's fun to do
Checking for what’s new

That was difficult to complete
Yes, some of these rhymes have me beat
But it's fun to do
Checking for what’s new

Out with the old, in with the new

Out with the old, in with the new
I wish I could, pennies are few

Out with the old, in with the new
I wish I could, pennies are few
Try make do and mend

Out with the old, in with the new
I wish I could, pennies are few
Try make do and mend
Take care with each spend

Out with the old, in with the new
I wish I could, pennies are few
Try make do and mend
Take care with each spend

So, chin chin, here's to a new year
Free from covid and full of cheer

So, chin chin, here's to a new year
Free from covid and full of cheer
It's not started well

So, chin chin, here's to a new year

Let us hope that sense will prevail
The virus the vaccines will nail

Let us hope that sense will prevail
The virus the vaccines will nail
We’ll trust the science

Let us hope that sense will prevail
The virus the vaccines will nail

Let us hope that sense will prevail
The virus the vaccines will nail
We’ll trust the science
Not the defiance
And we'll all live to tell the tale.

There's light at the end of the tunnel
So small, like the end of a funnel
But even a spark

There`s light at the end of the tunnel
So small, like the end of a funnel
But even a spark
Could light up the dark

There's light at the end of the tunnel
So small, like the end of a funnel
But even a spark
Could light up the dark
We've all had it up to the gunwales.
