I think I can but my daughter says I can't! (I ignore her and sing anyway )

I’m the person you can phone at 3 in the morning if your in trouble/need.

Have you ever ‘snooped’ and found something you shouldn’t have?

Yes , when I was 17 . Looking through family photos something I often did with my lovely mum . On this occasion my parents were out , I decided to look at the photos, I opened the drawer and found a clutch bag. I opened it and found love letters from my dad to my mum. They were beautifully written.
I hastily returned them , told her a few years later. She was fine about it and told me all about their courtship so many years ago.
Have you ever really messed a job interview up ?

Yes, I always dreaded job interviews. I didn't know I was meant to wait outside a door so barged in on the previous applicant. Making my apologies I went back outside but I never really recovered from that and it went from bad to worse.

If you had the chance to live the rest of your life in a grand hotel would you do so?

No I like my privacy and my garden too much.

Definitely not for me

If you had the opportunity and were young and fit enough would you attempt to climb Everest!.

No but I would love to. Must be in the dark though as I am 76.

Yes, Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns, business trip for 10 days, holiday for 7.

Just a few for sentimental reasons. Had a big clear out a few years ago.

Generally, do you prefer to listen to a man or a woman singing?

Holly I had a long, hard think about this and I honestly don't think that I have a preference.
I listen to a lot of audiobooks and I definitely have favourite narrators, and most of which are women.

Whose voices do you like? Either speaking or singing, or both.

Lately I have been listening to Johnny Cash and June Carter but I also like Andre Bocelli

Do you do crosswords ?

Yes, I like cryptic and ordinary crosswords. Google has improved my success in the general knowledge ones.

Do you put your winter clothes away in summer and summer ones away in winter?

Never. Like everything 'available'

Have you eaten out since rules relaxed?

No. I'm in no rush to either. I'm not a fan of eating out. I'm looking forward to going to the pub soon though.

Do you have any pets?

Yes a dog diesel, a cat George and a hedgehog Cedric (although obviously he is not a proper pet but he does come every night to feed.)..

Have you ever been in a helicopter? I have when I stayed at Lundy Island for a few days and it was too rough for the boat to come back so we had a helicopter that landed at Hartland, I was much less nervous in the helicopter then I am in an aeroplane..

No, I haven't. I think that I'd really enjoy it, in spite of being a nervous nelly
