Can't remember the last time I tasted it, but no, I am pretty certain I didn't like it.

When the weather is hot do you long for it to get cooler again ?

Yes - I hate hot weather. It saps my energy.

When you were in school did you ever nip off for a sly smoke?

No, I was a good girl and didn’t smoke until I went to college. Even then I didn’t really inhale, just held it to look cool.

Do you prefer red or white wine or nothing at all ?

Red, Jam Shed if I can get it.

Did you ever smoke cannabis when at college ?
I did

I didn't go to college and I've never smoked cannabis.

Do you think the world was better before we had the Internet?

In some ways yes because people had to work harder to find information. So the people who got on in life were those who took the trouble to read and ask questions.

Have you ever gone on holiday abroad on your own?

I flew out to Portugal alone as my husband was ill. He joined me a week later. I was worried so it wasn’t the same as a normal holiday.
I have had contracts working abroad on my own, but that’s not the same thing.

How do you feel about motorway driving?

A necessary evil to get places, but avoid motorways where possible.

What is your favourite fish dish (if you eat fish)?

I do like fish very much. Particularly a fish pie.

Do you use satnav when driving to somewhere new?

Yes mostly, and use ‘take me home’ on the return journey.

Do you have a wild ,untended patch in your garden?

Due to mobility issues I have a gardener but I am sure there are some bits out back he misses.

Have you ever been stung by a wasp or bee?

No, thank goodness. I try to keep out of the way - I am a magnet for midges though.

Do you keep any 'must haves' in your freezer and what would they be?

Ice cream, its my go to food when I'm not feeling well.

Do you ever regret having children?

Only wanted 2 children - third was an accident , but what a lovely accident ? - never gave me a day’s bother, unlike his older siblings. Believe me, they know it too. Just to clarify, I love all three………..

To be really sad, I've dried loads of washing, so yes.

Blackberries, yes. Mushrooms, I’m not sure I wouldn’t poison someone.

No, its far too warm!

I retired 23 years ago with no plans made whatsoever.
I was an idiot. Everyone else seems to have private pensions.

Do you have trouble getting a double duvet into it's cover?

Yes, even though I do the inside out trick (king size)
No problem with a single bed.

Did you keep in touch with your Godparents?

No,they are dead now.

Do you collect anything.? Art, pottery etc

I collect vintage china, I also use some of it on a daily basis. I've some lovely dinner plates from the 1950s. They are noticeably smaller than modern dinner plates so it does show that portion sizes have increased over the years.

Do you iron outdoors?

The last time I ironed anything it was a piece of embroidery. I never iron clothes - a completely useless occupation. The heat of the body will make any wrinkles drop out soon.

Have you ever owned an "unusual" pet?

Yes, when I was a child (sea monkeys) and now, I have 4 degus. We've always had a lot of pets in my family, including two orphaned baby hedgehogs who were released back into the wild as soon as they were big enough.
