No absolutely hate it. Dislike any 'art' labelled wall. I have real paintings or etchings on my walls.

About 4am, but sometimes as late as 5am.

Have you ever found that you have a hidden talent?

In my early 20s I took a PT job as a canvasser and discovered I was good at selling. Its stood me in good stead ever since. I returned to education in mid life and had a job in inbound marketing in a call center. Now I sell antiques on the internet.

If you could change or revise any existing law what would it be?

BBbevan I'm totally with you with 'wall art'. You simply cannot buy decent mounted and framed prints anymore from highstreet type shops.
Instead you have to go to specialist shops and spend £££. It's one of my (many) bugbears.

Law: tougher knife crime laws; much better conditions for farm animals; safe spaces for women and children ringfenced; lots and lots but nothing specific

I have a stock of candles, but not thought about emergencies, they just go in a candelabra. I did use candles during the electricity strike in the 70s.

No, but DH sat for a pencil sketch of him, head and shoulders.

Not artistic at all , in the sense of drawing etc. But I can write poetry.....

Yes absolutely. To be artistic is to possess the ability to be expressive.

Have you ever considered emigrating now or in the past?

Ive never considered emigrating permanently although I have worked outside the UK for periods.

Have you ever been burgled?

Yes, once, nearly 20 years ago.
He must have been the world's most considerate burglar - he took a window out and left all the screws in a little pile.
He found some cash (DH had just been paid, it was £400 or something) and didn't take anything else.
My Gucci watch and my rings were on the side. It was like we hadn't been burgled. It must have been a very desperate heroin addict. I actually felt sorry for him

Do you believe in the death penalty?

No, mistakes can be made and to me it is unethical. However, I do believe in longer sentences.

Do you like sunbathing and getting a tan?

I’d rather acquire a tan from going for a walk, or working in the garden rather than just lying around sunbathing. I love to have a tan, but sun protection cream works so well that although it’s stops me getting burnt it means a tan is really hard to acquire. DH simply goes brown without effort!

If you lived in a built up area, would you sleep with all the upstairs windows open?

I live in a suburb and sleep with one window open but its alarmed.

How do you feel about flying at the moment?

Longing to really, but feel wary.

Never been on any kind of cruise.

Yes - far too much, probably.
