Are you feeling Autumnal?

hollysteers Wed 15-Sept-21 09:23:01

Do you prefer a glass screen for your shower or a shower curtain?
(I have a glass screen but really prefer the old style curtain, the screen just makes more work so I have draped a lightweight large plastic tablecloth over it so no drips touch it!)

BBbevan Thu 16-Sept-21 10:51:56

We have 3 showers and they are all walk in with sliding glass doors. We only use one though when it’s just DH and me.

Will your next car be electric?

henetha Thu 16-Sept-21 10:57:09

Good question. I somehow don't think there will be a next car for me. At almost 84 I'm on the downward slope in my driving days now. Added to which, I can't afford an electric car.
My old banger and I will just chug along until one of us runs out of juice. - And then I'll buy a motor bike! grin.

How many really good friends do you have, those you can confide in, those who will help you out in a crisis (and I don’t mean financially.) I had one of those who drove me 200 miles so that I could visit a dying friend and I was too upset to drive.

biglouis Fri 17-Sept-21 13:06:01

I have just one really good friend in that category. Others I can rely on somewhat but not to the same extent.
