Regrets I have a few, but then again, too few to mention. Things I can’t change come to mind, e.g. I regret us not having enough money for me to learn ballet as a child but as my Mum says, what’s done is done!

Yes, I've lots of regrets, some big, some small and a few embarrassing - I could fill out an A4 page of them. Many were simply bad choices, but then they say that 'a man/woman who never made mistakes never made anything'. I guess that's the same of many a full life.

How do you feel about your regrets?

One really big one that has been with me most of my life.

Do you/ did you have a favourite sport ?

I'm not at all sporty but love watching athletics on the tv.

If you go to an event where there is music to dance do you get up and join in? I always have in the past but not lately. My daughter is getting married soon and there will be dancing so I am having a little practise in the kitchen to music on the radio!

Not now, but I sometimes yes, sometimes no.
I really look forward to being able to doing anything like dancing after my new hip; I won’t stop walking and dancing!

Do you take any supplements, alternative health products etc?

I take vitamin D (when I remember to). Cod liver oil sometimes.

If you could be someone famous, who would you like to be?

In her younger days, Antonia Fraser, beautiful, clever, well born etc.

Do you sometimes have a night with unaccustomed/too much alcohol, the next day is a write off and you feel guilty?

Once or twice when I was younger. Lying in bed and the room spinning.

Apart from one aunty of 90 I am now the oldest in our family. Where do you come?

Third oldest now after my mother whose in her 80’s and an uncle, quite a scary thought!!

If you could travel through time just once would you go back to a time/date in the past or head into the future

My brother is the eldest and I am next. He will be eighty this year.

Do you count your blessings? I try to do this in difficult times.

Sacha I’d either go back to when I was 11, or 14. So 1983 or 1986.
My parents were very happy together and I was really happy both at school and socially.
My grandparents were all still alive too. Very comfortable times with no worries. Nothing bad at all had happened yet

AGA yes definitely. I do have lots of worries and pretty bad luck (for want of a better turn of phrase) but I do have much to be thankful for ?

Are you a glass half full or half empty person?
I used to be very much the first, but I think that I might be changing as I get older

I’m a glass half full person and sometimes an overflowing glass, but since my DH died, I do have tearful days.

Do you wear a roll on/panty girdle/Spanx?

No. Can't bear such things. My only concession to this is that I do like Sloggi knickers.

Do you wear a proper bra every day? Or sometimes ones of those soft over-the-head things?

I know that this is really strange; but I have never worn a bra!
I was quite flat chested until I was about mid 30s and just didn’t need one.
Luckily my mom didn’t force my to wear one was a teenager and there really was no need.
Now they are a bit bigger I still don’t need a bra.
And they definitely don’t ‘flop about’. They just stay put.
I’ve tried to wear a bra in the past and I find them unbearable to wear, even the so called comfy ones. I wear a cami vest with a bit of Lycra.

Is this odd? I’ve never met anyone else who never wears a bra, have you?

Always wear a supportive bra. I did have some of those
crop top bras but only wore them at home.

Do you like familiar routines or are you an adventurous person?

I am not one for routines - washing Mondays, cleaning Tuesdays, phoning friends Wednesday etc etc.
I am ‘all over the place’ type of person

Is your garden ready for Spring?

Well, I haven't done anything to the garden since the autumn but I should cut some things back, yet I can't be bothered. One day when it's a bit warmer and drier I'll rouse myself.

Are you reading a good book at the moment?

Not by a long chalk. We have a very large garden and a very large list of jobs to do.

Do you grow vegetables or just flowers? We do both.

At the moment we are mainly growing weeds As has already been said when the weather is better we will be out there sorting it all out.

Do you think that you have a Guardian Angel? I do.....it's my Grandmother on my dad's side, who I actually never met (she died before I was born) I feel a strong connection with her

I was also very close to my grandmother - far more so than to my parents - and often thought that she was "watching" me and proud of what I achieved. I did attend some spiritualise meetings at one time (my cousin was a medium) and was told I had a spirit guide.

Do you live in a cold or a milder part of the country?

I am on the north west and it can be wet and chilly here.

We live in WestWales which gets the rain first. Cold and windy this morning with more rain forecast.

Just rearranged furniture in living room and kitchen. I do it quite often . Do you ?

No, it takes me all my time just to tidy round it?

My room is an odd shape so not able to change it.
