Mine was Mastermind - it was the perfect format for me - only needed one other person to play it and it didn't last too long and I loved the logical thinking it needed. Wish I'd kept my board though....

Monopoly every time.

I loved that too - have got various different versions of it today but the challenge is getting people to play it as it takes quite a long time!

I had a travel version of Mastermjnd but not as a child. As a child I liked ludo and hated snakes and ladders. We actually played cards more than board games.

Oh, I loved Mastermind too, but my absolute favourite was Scrabble! I still love playing it online to this day.

I couldn’t get enough of Chinese chequers! These days I love Ludo.

Monopoly.

I did love Chinese Chequers too. My set was an old one even when I was young.

It was a wooden frame (like a picture frame) with a thinner wooden board set inside. It had glued-on paper "Chinese" artwork. The little holes went through the paper and the thinner board to sit the marbles in.
It had its own "special" marbles. A bit smaller than ordinary sized ones and solid colours.

I thought it was beautiful.
