Hi BurgundyGran

You have prob thought about this already! but ...flower pouches (but you could put herbs in instead of flowers/or hanging baskets/troughs etc obviously put to a level you can reach.. etc happy gardening [smile]

Thanks Graniee. I think my husband could come up with an adaption to that. I use a wheelchair so would have to have it so I can get the chair under but that is a great idea, thanks.

Hugs to you

Hi BurgundyGran
We live in the cool north east of England on the coast. My husband also has reduced mobility, We have raised beds and pots. Have you thought of a planting type table, we recently saw one at the Edible Garden Show, sorry I cant remember the company (senior moment!!)

I am disabled and my husband is trying to organize a garden for me. I have downloaded some information from the web which he has taken on board but perhaps you have some tips for me I have shown him pictures of planters that you can sit at and access easily without stretching too much and can be accessed on all sides.

I intend to grow herbs, veg and perhaps some flowers but that isn't a priority. We moved to this house a year ago so we are just appreciating and what we can do..

By the way we live in France, we have been here seven years and this will be MY first garden previously I have left it to him.
