You tend to see them near road signs that say 'large plant crossing'

And I planted a large cucurbita-type seed to find out what it was; it produced the largest seedling I have ever seen. 5" across the seed leaves.
Does this mean it's a pumpkin or is there something bigger?!

Told my daughter I had one chili seedling, she said 'good' - but now I have 5......

Next year plant them near some eyesore that you want to cover up (if you have any in your garden. We have loads!)

Pot-up the unwanted seedlings and give them away. I didn't plant any butternuts this year, but the compost heap is producing lots of seedlings - although they'll probably revert
