For the first time ever our grass had its first cut in January. Looking out at it was like a scene from Oklahoma! so it had to be done. At the moment it is behaving and looking quite sedate. If we continue having these lovely bright days the mower will be out again. I hope you have a few bright days then yours will be ready for a cut.

tanith there is little point sinking into the grass and leaving dents from your footprints as you walk on the grass cutting it. I agree, mine needs cutting also but I close my eyes when I walk past it. Maybe a week and the ground will be drier.

Anyone managed to get the grass cut yet? Mine so needs cutting but the ground is just so boggy I know I need to leave it alone for a while yet.
