Thanks Tricia...had a mole trap down...one to use for release elsewhere..cant hurt him...but no joy....irony is the farmland at the back of my garden....not a molehill to be seen....

We have some experience of this problem. I just stamp them down. The trouble is, whatever you do, they'll come back, because they're still there, under the earth, so you need to try to get rid of them.
Usually there's not a lot, just one mole creates several molehills.
There are a lot of methods to get rid of moles, look on Google. But they don't always work, we've given up.

Due to extensive mole damage since Autumn...what was once a lovely lawn now resembles a battle field..ridges and hollows EVERYWHERE.Ive raked the actual molehills down but someone could break an ankle now just walking on the lawn...would using a Roller help to sort this out? ?
