I need new secateurs and I like the ratchet type but I have small hands and find with the ones I have to get the ratchet to engage I have to let go one side of the secateurs and its really awkward.
Has anyone got a small pair and could give me the name of the makers?

I find I need both an anvil ratchet pair and a bypass pruner pair. The anvil pair are better for thicker harder wood. I bought Spear and Jackson.

I made holsters for mine from a pair of two yr old size denim jeans £1.50 in charity shop. I cut the legs off sewed up the bottom and folded the top over so it would act as a belt loop.
It is very convenient.
Eat your heart out "Annie get your gun"! I could not find just what I needed in the shops.

I have small hands and DH bought me these. They are Draper and are very strong and comfortable to hold.
