One of my pet hates is patio and block paving weeds.
Last year I power washed and resanded the block paving drive .
it looked great when it was finished
I may have not bothered as this year the weeds are back with a vengeance.
Same scenario with our patio slabs and brick path.
So your tip is much appricated.

Thanks kitty I'm half way through one of the patios and its HOT!!! So come in for coffee.
