Allium and tulip bulblets. How to store?

Thanks to you and your DH, HJJ. I was sort of on the right track then.

The little ones can take about three years to be big enough to plant out. He grows them on in the greenhouse.

DH recommends keeping the tiny ones in a pot in peat. He plants them in a pot with the leaves and stems on and keeps them until September. See photo. Then he tips them into a tray and sorts out the good ones discarding any that have rotted. Cleans them and stores them in a dry place as you do with the big bulbs. He replants his in the middle of November. He always has success with them. Our neighbour loves them as he plants up his left overs for her.
