Why not try cutting it back gently so it hasn’t got so much growth to sustain while it tries to recover. Only a guess but might be worth a try. Good luck!

I should have said it worked for one of mine I took in doors in winter but then kept forgetting to water it. I cut it back really hard in the spring and it rewarded me by coming back to life again!

They are pretty forgiving - they must be; I can grow them! Good advice from Grannyqueenie. Nothing to lose by cutting it back a bit.

I have several fushias and they do take a bit of watering. One of mine which is just starting to bloom is in a hanging basket and it gets about 1 litre every night. Tonight it was looking a little limp. This has happened a few times and it always perks after a good soaking.

Check for vine weevil, they are partial to Fushias. I put nematodes in my pots to be safe.

It all depends on what kind of fuschia, the annual, or the perennial type?
If annual, then try and revive it with water and a feed, you can try the same with a perennial but if it doesn’t respond to that, then you can cut it back.
An annual does what it says on the tin.

I will leave it in the shade all day today to let it recover then put it back in its usual position.Thanks for all the tips.

Our fuchsia looked all but dead in spring but a helpful gransnetter said it will come back if you water and feed- we did and it did. Keep the faith.

The flowers in both the pots are really looking pretty.
