have i killed my wallflowers???

I grew some wallflowers from seed and have moved them from the seed bed to the place i want them to be.I did this on Saturday afternoon when it was a bit coolerthan of late. I am watering them every day but they are still very droopy. Have i moved them too soon. Any suggestions??
