Can you identify this yellow wild flower?

I think it belongs to the dandelion family doesn’t it ?

Yep. I know it as Cats Ear. We've got it on the lawn too. hmm And quite a lot down the side of the house where we DH doesn't mow much. It looks pretty.

I think it is a wild flower called hawks bane .. not sure smile Bees love it.

It is called Cat's Ear, I don't know the "proper" name I'm afraid.
I have them growing all over my lawn along with white clover, buttercups and daisies and, of course, dandelions!

They're growing all over my lawn. Small hairy leaves lying flat on the ground, long stems, definitely NOT dandelions. Small dandelion is on the left for comparison, but what's the flower on the right?
