Thanks Luckygirl. I did find some on Amazon, very similar to those, and I see that they come in sets if three.
I found some that are individually priced and the same size, so ordered those. Perhaps I should have waited, as 'yours' appear to be better value.
Just awaiting delivery now. They are for our garage floor.

These are the ones I have - they are very heavy duty.

Those rubber mats sound good. I might look them up. I lay strips of stair carpet across the decking to the bins but of course they get very soggy when it rains. I've had two nasty slips on decking when wet.

Luckygirl, I read your post, above, and saw the comment re:- the rubber mats with holes in them.
Some time ago, I bought 4, similar, from Morrisons, to go in the garage.
They no longer sell them. Could you tell me where you get/ got yours?

Thanks in advance.

There are non-slip strips that you can buy and they screw into the gulleys between each board. It is very expensive!!!

I have loads of decking because the ground behind our house drops away and the flat area around the house is created with decking - parts of which are quite high off the ground with a curved rail - think prow of a ship - the GC love it!!

I use rubber mats (not solid - with holes in) to create a safe walkway across the decking from house to wood store. The rest is just as is - and I stay off it when it is wet.

We have had new decking to level out a part of the garden...it was the cheapest option by far...now need to make non-slip....paint it on? Screw something on? Best ideas please?

Best way to make non slip?
