Our posts are nearly 3 feet into the ground, done recently with new fence panels, don’t underestimate how hard the ground is, plus roots can make it very hard going.

Moving the panels not hard but the posts will be more difficult the only way to know how they fixed is to take a good look. You may need to buy new.

Going by your name, I should think you’d find it easy!!
Seriously, it would depend if it’s been cemented in when first put there.
When we’ve, rarely, put in fence posts we’ve used Metaposts. There’s are metal spiked post holders, which would make it easy to take the post out.

Depends how old it is I would have thought.

You might be better investing in new if it is ancient.
