Hebe Pruning. Is It Too Soon?

I have two large Hebe shrubs with blue flowers. Sorry don’t know which variety. Can I prune them now or wait for Spring? I expected all the flowers to die off but there are quite a few flowers mainly at the top part of the shrubs. Any advice much appreciated.

I’d wait until it gets a bit warmer, March. I’ve had to prune Hebe at the wrong time when the bush was overgrown, you will cut off this years flowers, but new growth will sprout.

I’m no expert but I have some hebe bushes. I’ve been deadheading them, but not really pruning them.
