Evergreen leafy shrubs for containers

What easy to grow leafy shrubs - ideally evergreen - would you suggest for containers on a patio. I am looking for height and bushy if possible. It’s to add character and a little screening.

I'm watching this space with interest.
I have a camellia, evergreen and now around 5' tall.
Also a bay tree. My daughter's bay tree is now, after 25 years, around 15' tall.

I’ve got a Photinia Pink Crispy in my garden and I’m going to put one in a pot. I was looking for dog safe plants and bought lots of Photinia to make a hedge and then thought I’d buy a Pink Crispy and it’s lovely. I usually stick to Skimmia because I love the scent of their flowers in autumn.
