I know I have been on this and searched it:
" Ireland, Dublin and Belfast City Census Heads of Household Index, 1851 ". I've copied records from it.

But I want it again and don't seem to have kept a link to it - and now can't find it via google. it's NOT a full census, just the household heads.
Can any one provide a link?

Is this what you are looking for AlieO. familysearch.org/wiki/en/Ireland,_Dublin_and_Belfast_City_Census_Heads_of_Household_Index,_1851_(FamilySearch_Historical_Records)

That's it - but I can't find any way to search it from there!

Is "Family search" the Mormon/Latter day saints site?
Have you tried Ancestry or "Find my past"
A lot of Irish records were lost during the uprising and I think a building was burnt down.

Yes, it's the Mormons. (I will take any info from them but I don't give them anything. They are said to baptise your dead relatives into their church...no joking.)

I've just got a month's sub for findmypast but am too tired to do any more today. Ancestry I've been on forever. I will puzzle this out tomorrow. I hope.
