Yes, FMP was the National Archives' digitisation partner and had exclusive rights for three years until now to publish the data. It was first published on 6 January 2022.
The 1921 census is particularly important because the 1931 census records were destroyed in the Blitz and no census was taken in 1941 because of the Second World War (although we do have the 1939 Register). It is the last census release until the release of the 1951 census, which is due in 2052.
